Yes, I do open doors for women and walk little old ladies across the street. Guess that makes me an anachronism. Pretty rare to hear the word "gentleman" these days but the folks did a good job in instilling that in me. nastiest word out of my mouth would be "bloody" ie. bloody government, bloody hell, bloody skunk under the car.
What I'm looking for is honesty. People can call me many things, but my word has always been my bond. Had enough drama over the past few years and worked through it. If you haven't, then please, count me out. I'm a simple guy, luxuries mean little...except good food. Love good food, doesn't matter what kind, and I'm considered a dandy cook. Good curry...I'm in with bells on.
I'm a couch-cuddler and admit it. Been known to cry during a movie...actually, only two movies. But I balled. Sue me.
I'm told I have a wicked sense of humour, though not nasty. Its the type of humour you would find in old British or Irish comedies, very dry. Personally, I truly dislike "humour" which is meant to disparage others. On the other hand, sarcasm can occasionally come in handy.

Here is a little about me. I love to laugh and make others laugh, being active, enjoy traveling and being adventurous, and even enjoy cooking! I also enjoy photography (I posted a couple of pictures I took in my profile), and I am also looking for that perfect picture. I enjoy going out with friends, having a few drinks, and dancing the night away. Music is a big part of my life, I enjoy learning to play guitar and drums, discovering new artist, and singing along (unfortunately usually out of tune) to my favorite songs. I like most genres of music, and try to get to as many live performances as I can. Walking in the fields of mud at being part of the crowd at U2 this summer in Moncton was an awesome experience.

I am entering another chapter in my life,I look forward to sharing it with a special someone who understands life is precious and can change very quickly from day to day,sometimes in a positive manner sometime it can be a negative such as a health issue but if a relationship is based in honesty and mutual respect,the relationship can grow stronger and be mutually satisfying for either one of us,but finding that certain person can be quite a challenge no doubt.
