I want to find someone who can enjoy the moment as well as plan ahead properly and, while I don't expect everyone to know where they're going to be in ten years, to have some sort of short term plan they're working on, even if it's just something as simple as figuring out what you want to do with their life- ambition. Someone who can be passionate, someone who knows what they want and isn't afraid to take the steps to get it.
