It's a good life, I get rejuvenated at the seashore or in the desert but can enjoy an occasional night on the town.
My family is my priority, although the peeps are grown and away now, there's kinfolk in masses. I really enjoy my community and the freedom we have in this country and the right to venture into others. I enjoy a glass of bubbly once in a while, not much into the bar scene. There is more charm in a simple candlelit dinner in a lakeide cabin or near the roar of the ocean than on a rooftop restaurant in NYC or Paris; now that might be pushing extremes, haha, but hope that gets across to you where I set priorities.
I do not go far without my camera and love to travel a bit, especially during winter months to places where no shoveling is required although I also enjoy being curious tourist for weekend jaunts right around here. There is always another street, valley or sunset worthy of exploring or simply sitting back to watch.
