Meet a soulmate from Northwest Territories, Canada. Does anyone else find this the hardest part of putting together a profile? I'm much better at first impressions face to face. I feel at ease meeting new people and call many of them friends for years afterwards. Living in a small, transient community allows me that opportunity in a more intimate fashion than a larger city from my experience.
I am from northern Canada, but have spent most of my adult life in Alberta and BC. I enjoyed my experiences in the south but as of two years ago decided to return north and will remain here for quite some time.
I've been an active appreciator of the arts no matter where I was living and no matter the medium, from music to carving, painting to construction. As long as there is passion in the process, I've applauded the artist. I am currently co-producing a jewelry collection with a long-time friend using northern materials such as Bison and Muskox horns along with silver chain.
One of my sisters will be helping with the collection as inspiration and designing the clothing for our show. She is one of my many siblings with whom I'm very close. Strong family values is something I look forward to sharing with the right man.
I've recently started a new career, which makes me very happy! I love my work, everyday I learn something new and it keeps me active. Its very different from anything I've ever done before and it has given me the opportunity to build on skills that I've known I have but didnt necessarily test on the regular.
I'm excited with where my life is right now, and the direction its heading... the next step is to find someone great to share it with.
