I travel…A TON. Everyone says this, but it is truly my passion. So far, I've been to a lot of North / South America and Europe…my goal is to see 50 countries before I'm 30. One of my favourite spots is Panama, where I had the chance to climb a volcano and live with a native tribe for a while...
For now, I'm taking a break from the travel and enjoying the island for the summer. I just finished hiking the West Coast Trail and I'm planning a few more excursions over the next few months. I also picked up a DH mountain bike which I want to put to good use. My next trip will be to Munich for Oktoberfest in late September... love Germany!
I can operate a tablesaw, I can turn a wrench, and I am baffled by people who can't change their own oil or assemble IKEA furniture. I like cooking and barbecuing, but hate doing the dishes after - I guess my perfect match would be the opposite of this ;)
I'll use the cliche and say that I like a good sense of humour, so don't hold back any wit in your messages. For anyone on here to play games, I have to warn you that I play to win, love a challenge, and will be a relentless adversary.
Lifewise, my dream is to continue advancing in my engineering career while acquiring rental properties until I can live off the rent and travel / hang out with family all the time. Along the way, I will pursue my MBA and anything else I find interesting.

Family, is very important to me. My parents are originally from England, so the clan here is pretty small.
Travelling! I love to do it, but don't live to do it. I like life to be exciting even when I'm not on the trip of a lifetime.
Life! Without sounding too much like a grandpa, time seems to be moving faster all the time. So I try to fit in as much as I can.
