I love how running makes me feel especially near the ocean - I think it's the sounds of the ocean and smell...each day is different. I also love running through trails and getting lost in the moment. Kindness for others and self-respect is important especially in this fast paced world we live in. You don't have to be a runner, besides you may outrun me! lol! Just that you have a fit lifestyle in terms of sport, or physical activity. Not looking for a couch potatoe....although after a long day of exploring or riding mountain bikes...
