Love to move my body from dance floor to mountain top yet, have learned to be still; dig kissing for hours; don't mind a few bug bites (real); awed, inspired humbled by the natural world everyday; desire emotional intimacy; freely admit that I'm a food ( drink) snob.
The two most important lessons I've learned thus far are: 1/ Someone who doesn't love themselves isn't capable of loving another i.e. never accept a shirt from a naked person and 2/ Despite all the evidence to the contrary, the world is primarily composed of two things: Magic & BS. Is there a trick to maximizing the 'Magic'? I believe it's Integrity - walk your talk. Life's greatest challenge is knowing and living the truth that is in one's heart. Whenever 'feeling' takes a back seat to 'thinking', there's gonna be trouble. I seek balance, not trouble. Life's too short to live in fear. I strive to emulate my dog.
Passions: family and friends, children of all species (the future of this planet), wilderness, natural beauty, emotional/psychological/physical health, exquisite food, knowledge, and giving receiving the 'best'. The 'little things' ARE the essential ingredients to any 'bigger picture' (how else does one explain all those cookbooks?).
